Managing your account
To manage your account,
- Navigate to the HOME page and click the SETTINGS tab.
Under ACCOUNT, you can edit your ACCOUNT NAME, SUBDOMAIN and HOSTING REGION or DELETE ACCOUNT.
- You can also choose a LOGO and COLOR PALLETTE for your account.
Click on the COLOR PALLETE icon to display a choice of colors to select from.
- The SUBSCRIPTION tab displays your current plan and billing history. You can Learn More about our plans if you are still on a Trial plan.
- If your organization has a SAML (SSO) enabled identity provider (OKTA, OneLogin, AzureAD, Google Workspace), this can be managed and configured in the SSO tab.

- SECURITY lets you manage team email verification. This allows you to decide if people external to your organization can join your retrospective and if emails need to be verified beforehand. This is a handy feature if you have external contractors, product owners, or even clients.
