Managing your account
Who can change account settings
Account Owners and Account Administrators can manage the account settings below. A few settings are limited to the Account Owner:
- change the account name, subdomain, logo, and branding
- manage billing, the subscription, and transactions
- create and view account-level API keys
- set up SCIM provisioning
- set allowed email domains
- set allowed IP ranges
- set a custom "Request New Team" message and URL
- delete the account
- give another user the Owner role

- Navigate to the HOME page and click the SETTINGS tab.

Under GENERAL, you can edit your ACCOUNT NAME, SUBDOMAIN, view your HOSTING REGION, and DELETE ACCOUNT.

You can also choose a LOGO and COLOR PALETTE for your account.

Click on the COLOR PALETTE icon to display a choice of colors to select from.

The RETROSPECTIVES tab is where you will be able to create a custom account-wide retrospective template for all your teams to use.

The HEALTH CHECKS tab is where you will be able to create a custom account-wide health check template for all your teams to use. You can also set a default template for your team to use to be able to measure organization health as a whole.

The ESTIMATIONS tab is where you will be able to create custom account-wide estimation decks for all your teams to use.

The BILLING tab displays your current plan and billing history. You can Learn More about our plans if you are still on a Trial plan.

- The TEAM POLICIES tab is where you will be able to control security/privacy measures when it comes to your teams. You can enable/disable:
- REVEAL TEAM LIST - which will allow all account users to see the full list of teams within the account.

TEAM TRANSPARENCY - which will grant all account users a read-only view of teams' retrospective and health check data.

Should you have a custom team request creation process, you will be able to set a custom message and URL to all users who request to create a new team. These will be displayed every time a user requests a new team creation.

The ROLES & PERMISSIONS tab lets you set which account users can create teams, and whether Team Admins can share templates across the account.

If your organization has a SAML (SSO) enabled identity provider (OKTA, OneLogin, Azure AD, Google Workspace), this can be managed and configured in the SSO & PROVISIONING tab. Learn more about our Single Sign On here. You can also set up SCIM provisioning with the corresponding identity provider.

SECURITY lets you manage team email verification. Enabling ENFORCE ALLOWED EMAIL DOMAINS allows you to restrict access to your account, teams, and retrospective/health check meetings based on a selected domain. This is a handy feature if you have external contractors, product owners, or even clients that need to gain access to your data.

The API & CONNECTED APPS tab is where you generate a team API key and connect an MCP client. Team API keys and MCP are available on paid plans. Account-wide, cross-team API access is an Enterprise feature.

- The NOTIFICATIONS tab lets you manage account notification settings.
