Enabling single sign-on

Single sign-on enables organizations to allow their users to log in once and get one-click access to multiple applications. If your organization uses SSO access, you can enable SSO on your TeamRetro account.

On the SETTINGS tab of your ACCOUNT HOME PAGE, go to SINGLE SIGN-ON (SSO) to register your identity provider (IdP) to allow single sign-on access to your users.  Click on the SAVE CHANGES button for any changes you make.

Furthermore, you will have the option to enable REQUIRE SINGLE SIGN ON that will force your users to sign in through your IdP to gain access to TeamRetro. They will no longer be able to log in to TeamRetro through the normal username/password combination. However, you can also enable BYPASS SINGLE SIGN ON FOR GUEST PARTICIPANTS so that any guests you do invite don't need to sign through your IdP. Account owners will be able to login (bypass) through the standard username/password combination in case there is an issue with the configuration and/or needs to be updated.
