AI Generated RetrospectiveTemplates

Give us a theme and a few directed prompts and get a retrospective template designed just for you - descriptions and all!

1. Navigate to the team HOME tab you wish to run a meeting in.

   

   
   

2. Click on the RETROSPECTIVES tab.

   

   
   

3. From there, click on START RETROSPECTIVE.

   

   
   

4. Click on the AI tab, choose the number of topics, a specific team and language, and enter a prompt for AI to generate a custom template for you.

   

   
   
   

5. Wait a few seconds while AI generates the template for you.

   

   
   
6. Congratulations! You have now created a custom template you can use with your team.

AI Generated Health Models

1. Navigate to the team HOME tab you wish to run a meeting in.

   

   
   

2. Click on the HEALTH CHECKS tab.

   

   
   

3. From there, click on START HEALTH CHECK.

   

   
   

4. Click on the AI tab, choose a specific team and language, and enter a prompt for AI to generate a custom health model for you.

   

   
   

5. Wait a few seconds while AI generates the health model for you.

   

   
   
6. Congratulations! You have now created a custom health model you can use with your team.

AI Generated Ice-breakers

1. Navigate to the team HOME tab you wish to run a meeting in.

   

   
   

2. Depending on the type of meeting you want to facilitate, click on either the RETROSPECTIVES or HEALTH CHECKS tab.

   

   
   

3. From there, click on either START RETROSPECTIVE or START HEALTH CHECK.

   

   
   

4. Choose the specific template you would like to use to run your meeting and click on the PROCESS tab.

   

   Enable the Icebreaker step if it is not already.

   
   

5. Once you are happy with the order and flow of the steps, click on START RETROSPECTIVE.

   

   
   

6. In the ICEBREAKER step, click on the AI button and provide a prompt for a specific them of activity you would like generated.

   

   

   
   

7. Choose a question from the generated list of questions and click on USE SELECTED QUESTION.

   

AI Suggested Grouping

1. Navigate to the team HOME tab you wish to run a meeting in.

   

   
   

2. Click on the RETROSPECTIVES tab.

   

   
   

3. From there, click on START RETROSPECTIVE.

   

   
   
   

4. Once you select your preferred template, go the the PROCESS tab

   

   
   

5. From there, enable the Group step as well as AUTO SUGGEST GROUPS option and, optionally, SUGGEST ACROSS TOPICS.

   

   
   

6. All similar ideas will be allocated a suggested group that you can either accept or reject.

   

AI Suggested Actions

1. Navigate to the team HOME tab you wish to run a meeting in.

   

   
   

2. Depending on the type of meeting you want to run, click on the RETROSPECTIVES or HEALTH CHECKS tab.

   

   
   

3. From there, click on START RETROSPECTIVE or START HEALTH CHECK .

   

   
   

   Once you select your preferred template, go the the PROCESS tab

   

4. 
   

   From there, enable the DISCUSS step as well as AUTO SUGGEST ACTIONS option.

   

   Note: If this option is not available, Admins can enable or disable this feature at the account level:

   1. Go to Account > Settings > Features > AI.

   2. Toggle RETROSPECTIVE AND HEALTH CHECK SUGGESTED ACTIONS on or off.

      

      
      
5. Review Suggestions:
   • Each suggestion appears in a carousel format.

   • Your team can vote on these proposed actions, deciding collaboratively to accept or reject them.

     

     
     

AI Generated Summaries

1. Navigate to the team HOME tab you wish to run a meeting in.

   

   
   

2. Depending on the type of meeting you want to run, click on the RETROSPECTIVES or HEALTH CHECKS tab.

   

   
   

3. From there, click on START RETROSPECTIVE or START HEALTH CHECK .

   

   
   

4. Choose your preferred template and run your meeting as usual, until you get to the CLOSE step.

   
   

5. Once you get to the CLOSE step, click on the GENERATE SUMMARY button

   

   
   

6. AI will now generate a summary of the meeting based on the individual contributions and responses of the participants.

   

AI Suggested Meeting Titles

1. Navigate to the team HOME tab you wish to run a meeting in.

   

   
   

2. Depending on the type of meeting you want to run, click on the RETROSPECTIVES or HEALTH CHECKS tab.

   

   
   

3. From there, click on START RETROSPECTIVE or START HEALTH CHECK .

   

   
   
4. Once you select your preferred template, you will be asked to provide a title, amongst other components. AI will suggest a title if your team has been following a specific naming pattern over time. Click on this suggestion to accept it.
