Reordering Meeting Steps

You can reorder individual process steps within your meeting to help facilitate different approaches your team might be working with.


How to reorder steps

  1. Open the specific team you wish to run a meeting with under the TEAMS tab.


  2. Click on either RETROSPECTIVES or HEALTH CHECKS tab depending on the type of meeting you want to run.


  3. Click on START RETROSPECTIVE or START HEALTH CHECK and choose from the list of available templates.

  4. Once you have chosen your template and provided a title, click on the PROCESS tab.


  5. Using the drag handle icon

    click and drag the individual steps to the desired position to be had in the meeting.
