The health check process - ICEBREAKER

An icebreaker is a great way to get the team talking in fun, easy and engaging way. You can create

  • A random icebreakers based on a category
  • An AI generated suggestion based on a theme and prompts
  • A question that you can edit or create

Add an icebreaker


  1. Navigate to your team's HEALTH CHECKS tab.


  2. Click START HEALTH CHECK.


  3. Choose your preferred model from a list or pre-defined categories or create a CUSTOM one.


  4. Click on PROCESS and enable the ICEBREAKER step.


  5. Selecting CUSTOM allows you to create your own icebreaker question once you create the health check. Alternatively, select from a range of CATEGORIES and LANGUAGES from the drop down fields and a random question will be provided for you in that language.



  1. Customize your process and then START HEALTH CHECK or SAVE CHANGES.

  1. The icebreaker will appear as a step. The names of the team will be populated or you can add or change names as required. Live reactions and meeting feedback are also available. You can also set a timer.


  2. If you selected CUSTOM, you will be able to add your question directly in the ICEBREAKER step. Then click on SAVE CHANGES (CHECK MARK).

  3. You can create an AI generated icebreaker based on a given theme and prompt.



Tips: You can use the icebreaker at any point of the meeting.

If you run asynchronous health checks and want people to add their ratings and comments before the meeting, simply leave it in the Survey Step and all participants will be able to do so before hand.
