How to use permalinks for retrospectives and health checks
TeamRetro provides unique permalinks (permanent links) for each team’s latest retrospective or health check. These URLs always point to the most recent meeting for your team, making it simple to bookmark, pin, or share with team members via Slack, Confluence, or email.
Why use permalinks?
- Always points to the latest meeting.
- The link remains valid and unchanged, even after closing and reopening your browser.
- Perfect for recurring workflows and dashboards.
- Easy for teams to access, collaborate, and stay in sync.
Who can access permalinks?
- Permalinks can only be viewed by invited users only.
- If someone without access clicks the link, they will see a “Not authorized” message.
If no retrospective or health check has been created, the permalink will redirect to the team’s home page.
