Congratulations on completing a successful health check!

Once a health check meeting is completed, the SHARE step provides a summary of who participated in the meeting (unless the health check was anonymous), action items, and a visual summary of the team health over time.

Here you can download the action items in PDF, EXCEL, or CSV format via the DOWNLOAD button.

SHARE the meeting summary with your team members by email. 

PUBLISH the meeting through your preferred integrated task management app. (Eg. Jira, Github, Trello, Basecamp)

Facilitators can also generate comprehensive AI-powered summaries at the end of the health check meeting. These summaries provide detailed citations for comments, ratings, and actions associated with each summary dimension, and can be edited as needed for accuracy and context.
