Moving meetings between teams

If you would like to move an existing meeting to another team, please reach out to us at

The request should either be from the Account owner or Team Admin.

To ensure the right data is transferred, please include the following information in your request:

  • The name of the retrospective or health check you would like to move.
  • The name of the team the meeting currently exists in.
  • The name of the team you would like to move the meeting/s to.

NOTE: Moving meetings will add any new participants to the team. They will then be able to see all meetings in that team.

Once the meeting(s) have been moved across, we will reach out to you with a confirmation email. Please allow for 1-2 business days for the transfer.
