Moving meetings between teams
If you need to move an existing retrospective, health check or maturity model meeting to a different team in your TeamRetro workspace, please email info@teamretro.com with the information below.
For security and accuracy, the request must come from either the Account Owner or a Team Admin.
To ensure the right data is transferred, please include the following information in your request:
- The name of the retrospective, health check, or maturity model meeting you would like to move.
- The name of the team the meeting currently exists in. (Current team)
- The name of the team you would like to move the meeting/s to. (Destination team)
When meetings are moved to a new team, any meeting participants who are not in the destination team will be automatically added. This means they will gain visibility into all current and previous meetings in the destination team.
Once the meeting(s) have been moved across, we will reach out to you with a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days for the transfer.
