Recovering deleted data

If you've accidentally deleted a retrospective or health check, don’t worry — we may be able to help.

TeamRetro maintains internal activity logs and backup systems to assist with the recovery of data deleted within a limited timeframe. While recovery is not guaranteed, we’ll do our best to restore what we can.

📩 How to Request Recovery

Please email us at info@teamretro.com with the following details:

• Name of the meeting or health check (if known)
• Name of the team the meeting belonged to
• Approximate date the deletion occurred

Our support team will investigate and advise you as soon as possible on whether recovery is possible and if there are any associated costs with recovery.
