Download all meeting reports
Team Admins can request a ZIP file containing all retrospective and/or health check reports (in PDF format) for a team.
Preparing your download may take some time. We’ll send you an email once it’s ready.
To download a zip file containing a single team's retrospectives
1. Go to the individual team. Go to SETTINGS then select RETROSPECTIVES.
2. Scroll to the bottom and find the DOWNLOAD ALL RETROSPECTIVE REPORTS section. Click PREPARE DOWNLOAD.
- A progress indicator will show the download status. Once complete, click DOWNLOAD to get your ZIP file.
To download a zip file containing a single team's health checks
Downloading all HEALTH CHECKS will also download all Maturity Model meetings your team has run (if applicable).
1. Go to the individual team. Go to SETTINGS then select HEALTH CHECKS.
2. Scroll to the bottom and find the DOWNLOAD ALL HEALTH CHECK REPORTS section. Click PREPARE DOWNLOAD.
- Once the preparation is complete and the progress shows 100%, click DOWNLOAD to save the ZIP file.
