Assigning or changing facilitators

You can add /change facilitators by:

  • Inviting them via email
  • Reassigning the role in the meeting
  • In the absence of a facilitator, a team member can choose to BECOME FACILITATOR

Inviting a facilitator via email


  1. In the TEAM side panel, INVITE participants and add their email. 

2. Select one of the facilitator options (FACILITATOR ONLY or FACILITATOR + PARTICIPANT).


  1. The team member will now display as a facilitator.



Assigning a team member the facilitator role

If a member is already invited, the current facilitator can click on their name and reassign their role as needed.



Claiming the facilitator role

In the absence of a meeting facilitator, another team member can BECOME FACILITATOR via the TEAM side panel.
