Adding additional facilitators

A growing team might be a cue to add new facilitators to thoroughly monitor every stage of the brainstorming process. 

New facilitators can only be added by an account owner or team administrator.


1. To add a new facilitator to your retrospective, start by selecting the team member from the TEAM side panel. 

2. Toggle on one of the facilitator options (FACILITATOR ONLY, FACILITATOR + PARTICIPANT) depending on the permissions you would like to assign.



  1. The team member will now display as a facilitator.
