Anonymous screen share view

As a facilitator, you can share your screen with the participants while hiding your individual contributions and votes. This helps to avoid bias and allows the facilitator to participate in the meeting independently.

A new window will appear that you can use as your share screen. This will not show any of the facilitator's input throughout the whole meeting.

1. Go to the specific team.

   

   
   

2. Click on either RETROSPECTIVES or HEALTH CHECKS

   

   
   

3. Click on START RETROSPECTIVE or START HEALTH CHECK and choose from the list of available templates.

   

4. Click on START RETROSPECTIVE or START HEALTH CHECK to start the meeting.

   

   
   

5. During any step of the meeting, open the TEAM tab in the side panel and OPEN SCREEN SHARE WINDOW.

   

   
   

6. The Share Screen window will not highlight your individual submissions and will hide the other facilitator functions. You can use this window to share your screen with your participants. (i.e. in Zoom or Google Meet)

   

   7. To stop screen share mode, simply close the browser window.
