Deleting a custom health model

You can delete a custom health model for your team or for your organization. To delete a custom health model, you'll need to be a team administrator or account owner.

Custom health models can be deleted at the team level by the team administrator or account owner.

Custom health models can be deleted at the organisation level by the account owner only.


To delete a Team Level Custom Health Model.

  1. Navigate to the Team Home Page.
  2. Go to SETTINGS, click HEALTH CHECKS and locate the health model you want to delete.

  3. Click on the options (3 vertical dots) icon on the desired template and select Delete health model.

  4. You will be asked to confirm your choice.


To delete an Account Wide Custom Health Model.

  1. Navigate to the Account Home page.
  2. Click on SETTINGS, followed by HEALTH CHECKS.

  3. Under the Account-wide health models section, locate the health model you would like to delete.
  4. Click on the options (3 vertical dots) icon on the desired template and click on Delete health model.

  5. You will be asked to confirm your choice, and if you are sure, click on DELETE.
