Share the action plan

Share the action plan at the end of each meeting with the team as a summary and help team members remember what they need to do next.

In the CLOSE step of the meeting, you can:

  • PUBLISH - actions and meeting summaries to integrated workflow tools (e.g. Jira, Slack).
  • DOWNLOAD - actions and meeting summaries to share with your team.
  • SHARE - your actions and meeting summaries via email with team members.

Alternatively, you can update and SHARE your action plan from your team's HOME page.
