Getting a copy of your invoice

When you subscribe to a monthly plan, you will receive a text-based receipt and invoice sent directly to your registered email. (This avoids any issues with email services that filter out links and attachments).

To get a copy of your text invoice:

• Log into your account
• Click on SETTINGS, then SUBSCRIPTION.
• You will then be able to VIEW and download any tax receipts required.
• If you are not an account administrator, please contact them directly.
