How do I manage my subscription?
To find out what subscription you are on, navigate to your ORGANIZATION HOME PAGE and the SETTINGS tab. Open SUBSCRIPTION to show the details of your plan. Here, you will see the following information:
- Plan Type (Single Team, Small Organization, Large Organization)
- Payment Method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Billing Details
- Invoice Records
You can edit the details on this page if there is any information in your subscription you need to update. For instance, upgrading or downgrading your subscription plan, changing your payment method, updating billing email, or adding a billing address. You can also change your plan here by clicking the CHANGE PLAN button or cancel your subscription.
But if you are on a manually invoiced subscription (Complimentary Plan), please contact support at info@teamretro.com for assistance as you cannot change your plan here.
