Notion

You can integrate your TeamRetro team with your Notion space to publish retrospective and health check summaries.

Configure in TeamRetro

1. On the team home page go to SETTINGS —> INTEGRATIONS screen.

   

2. Click CONNECT next to Notion.

   

   
   

3. You will be asked to log in to your Notion account: Click SIGN IN TO NOTION.

   

   
   

4. You will then see the required permissions to set up the integration. Click on SELECT PAGES.

   

   
   

5. Select the allowed root pages where new summary pages can/should be created and click on ALLOW ACCESS:

   

   
   

6. You will then be redirected back into TeamRetro where you can select/customize your retrospective and health check parent pages.

   

   
   
   

7. Click on PUBLISH TEST RETROSPECTIVE SUMMARY and/or PUBLISH TEST HEALTH CHECK SUMMARY to ensure the summaries are being published successfully in your Notion space.

   

   
   

8. If successful, click on SAVE CHANGES and your integration is now complete.

   
   

Using your integration

On the CLOSE step of each retrospective and health check, you'll now be able to click the PUBLISH button and select PUBLISH TO NOTION.
