Security and Privacy - OpenAI and ChatGPT

We take security and privacy extremely seriously at TeamRetro. As such, we want to be crystal clear about what information we share. As such, we have limited the type of data we provide OpenAI and ChatGPT to power our generative AI features. We do not share any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or confidential data.

AI Retrospectives Template

In order to generate and use suggested retrospective topics and descriptions, ONLY the following information is shared with OpenAI ChatGPT:

• The prompt for the theme or question (the text you enter)
• Team type (eg. Development, Product, Marketing...)
• Number of columns selected
• Language

AI Icebreaker Questions

In order to generate and use suggested icebreaker questions, ONLY the following information is shared with OpenAI ChatGPT:

• The prompt for the theme or question (the text you enter)
• Language

AI Health Models

In order to generate and use suggested icebreaker questions, ONLY the following information is shared with OpenAI ChatGPT:

• The prompt for the theme or question (the text you enter)
• Language
• Team type (eg. Development, Product, Marketing...)

OpenAI is not a TeamRetro subprocessor. It does not have access to any of your account, user, retrospective, or health check information. The limited information shared is not used to train their machine-learning algorithms. TeamRetro may review the generated results for quality control.
