Does TeamRetro have an Enterprise Agreement, Service Level Agreement, SOC 2, SOC 3, or Data Processing Agreement?

Yes, we do have all of the above agreements in place.

Enterprise level customers can be covered under a separate Enterprise Agreement (beyond the website Terms of Services) and include a service level agreement in addition to the licence terms and conditions, policies, and insurance coverage. Our Data Processing Agreement is also available for customers in compliance with GDPR requirements and includes our list of sub-processors.

Our SOC 2 Type 2 Report is available to enterprise customers under a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Enterprise agreement.

Our SOC 3 Report is publicly available.
