Does TeamRetro have an Enterprise Agreement?

Yes, we have an Enterprise Agreement with our Enterprise customers.

The Enterprise Agreement includes our Service Level Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, our list of sub-processors, and the license terms and conditions. It also references and shares some of our key policies in security, ethics, and insurance. Enterprise customers may also access our SoC 2 Type 2 report under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
