Organization ineligible for trial
If you've created a trial account and see a message suggesting you are ineligible for a trial, it may mean:
- We've seen too many free trials created from your email domain.
- We've seen too many free trials or users from your network (IP Address).
- You are already a member of a trial account.
- Your organization is already on a paid plan and using TeamRetro. Please contact us via your work email if you don't know the name of your account owner or reach out to them to ask them to add you to the organizational account.
