Allowed IP ranges (Enterprise)

TeamRetro Allowed IP Ranges feature provides additional security for your account by restricting access to your account to a set of allowed IP ranges, such as a corporate network or VPN.

This is an Enterprise Plan only feature.


Getting Started

  1. As an Account Owner, navigate to SETTINGS —> SECURITY.


  2. Enter your corporate network IP addresses as individual addresses (eg. X.X.X.X), or address ranges in CIDR format (eg. X.X.X.X/X). Note: you will be unable to remove an IP range from the list unless another IP range covers your current address. The list defaults to include 0.0.0.0/0 which will allow access from all IP addresses.


  3. Save changes


  4. Toggle on ENFORCE ALLOWED IP RANGES

Once enabled, users attempting to access your TeamRetro account from outside the allowed IP ranges will see the following.
